Evaluation and things to do for editting on the film opening

After looking through the film opening there are several things we need to improve on for the end product. Some of the things listed is what we have now altered and achieved however some of them are still things that we need to complete.
1. Add after effects to the titles and think about what type of effect on them. For this I was thinking to have the titles fall one by one once they have been on the screen to portray falling pills. Or something that comes on the screen like a fade by each letter and disappears by fading etc which I also think would suit our title piece.

2. Change the font of the title. This is because the font we have is quite delicate and formal as if it is the font used in Microsoft word. Even though from previous research we found that this type of font was used in films such as 'Memento' we have found it doesn't suit our film opening therefore we have done some extra research into fonts and our genre and we found that an alternative, unusual font works in place with our opening. I looked into other psychological thrillers and the fonts i found have an alternative font, which i feel works really well with our storyline and theme. such as silence of the lambs and seven so because of this we changed our font to this.
3. Add effects to some footage. We have completed the majority of this as we have overlapped some scenes to created a delusional effect that works perfectly for what we are trying to portray and it looks much better then what we had before.  We have also added glitched videos from YouTube and decreased the opacity and put it into scenes where the mysterious man is present and we found this works really well too.
4. Add in sound. we still haven't added in all our sound which is bad because it doesn't give us the complete insight of what the film will be like and the effect it will have. We need to add in Foley and a unsettling background drone to really grasp the audiences attention and make them have the effect that we want.
